About Me

Rebecca Morin

B.A. in Biological Sciences, Smith College

An operator who speaks the language of the labI started in molecular biology and genomics research, building a lab and managing NGS surveillance studies at Harvard, then moved into operations leadership across The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, and startups in edtech and agtech. Most recently, I built an R&D operating model from scratch at a privately funded agtech startup, spanning goal-setting frameworks, executive coaching, and portfolio governance across 13+ programs and 4 research sites.I pair scientific fluency with PMP, Agile, and Chief of Staff expertise, so I can partner with technical leaders and build the systems that scale around them.
